Just to give you some feedback regarding this inspection item for repair on the tight sheave of the 220T. I pulled the the 3 sheave block apart and found the sheave in question had walked out of its retaining cir-clip. New sheave has been fitted.

GEMCO (Groote Eylandt Mining Company) - LiftWorthy resolved significant non-compliance, reliability and maintenance issues across GEMCO’s 140-asset overhead crane fleet by identifying gaps, completing intensive inspections, undertaking major recertifications and establishing a structured monthly inspection schedule in close collaboration with GEMCO planners and engineers. Within six months, asset reliability markedly improved, leading to further work on GEMCO’s mobile plant and 160-tonne slew crane, supporting improved productivity and return on assets.
RIO Tinto ERA Ranger Mine – Ranger Mine faced long-term compliance issues and had multiple cranes removed from service. LiftWorthy was engaged to deliver statutory and major inspections, urgent repairs and recertifications across mobile, access and overhead crane fleets. Leveraging our skilled and efficient team, we returned seven overhead cranes to service within four weeks. This success established a trusted long-term partnership in which LiftWorthy now manages ongoing inspections, recertifications, repairs and operator support to maintain full compliance and reliability.
